So last night I was trying to take pictures of Zachary for his First Birthday Invitations, and of course Zachary was smiling but not staying still. He kept on crawling over to me to get the camera, he just loves the camera. Well I kept picking him and and putting him back down so I can take his picture and he just kept on coming back to me. I finally decided to stand him up and let him hold on to the table, and the next thing I knew my precious little boy was walking towards me!!! He let go of the table and took about 3-4 steps, granted its not a lot but still he totally took a couple steps all by himself. I was so excited, Kevin just happened to step out to the garage so he didnt get to see, but I told him and he was so excited. We tried to get him to do again and of course he didnt he was being stubborn. So its a start I hope he will be walking by his first Birthday! We will see he growing up so fast I cant believe in just about 3 weeks he will be one!!!

Wow! What a big boy! How exciting for you. Get ready though. You thought life was hard before, now that he is walking it is about to get 10 times worse. Your favorite line will be Zachary come here! And he will run the other way! Welcome to the fun world of baby gates too!
Ha-Ha ya I know, We had to get a baby gate because he love to crawl up the stairs!!! Why is it that us moms and dads always cant wait till they do the next big milestone in their young lives, like we couldnt wait to crawl now we are like OMG get back here or "NO" dont go over there, and we say to ourselves geez if only they would stay still! and now I cant wait till he can walk and I can just here myself now, Zachary come here, or No Zachary!! Ha-ha I bet I will be telling myself wow if only he was still crawling ;) But then again it is the great milestones that make us sooooo proud of our precious little babies... well young toddlers
